Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Case-Mate x LoveShackFancy box to ensure the delicate designs remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
